History and Leadership
Our company was built on family and team values with leaders with over 25 years combined experience in not only IT Solutions field, however IT recruiting, and Networking from both a technical and functional realm with heavy expertise with leaders in the Industry with both overall Program and Project Management experience, specifically leading teams of people within large IT Solutions companies.
Our company was founded on service and excellence. Our majority leader Brandi Stanton began her career in the Financial Technology field with JP Morgan Chase researching and executing cost savings solutions in the Infrastructure and Technology department who lead with finding over $11MM year over year cost over a three year span which later resulted in her moving into a greater role Project Managing projects with a JPMC partner and allowing her to grow into a Program Manager role for a large IT Solutions company and most notably organizing and leading a $350MM project for a Franchised Restaurant of the remodel and upgrade to 3500 restaurants across the nation.
Along-side of her, Joseph Stanton, partner, comes with a multi-facet of experience in the Service based industry starting his career in IT Recruiting and National and Global Account Management for fortune 500 companies employing and managing the best talent in the industry. Within the ten year span in this industry he formed very strategic relationships and partnerships and quickly integrated himself in the IT Solutions/Project Management field where he lead an organization from a technician perspective and was able to increase revenue by 189% in the first year of employment. He later started his own IT Solutions Company and had a continual uptick in revenue with an average increase of 155% year over year until he merged and partnered with Stanton Technology Group.
As Stanton Technology Group grows, we grow our organization with talent that have been leaders in other larger IT Solutions companies which affords us to grow more efficiently with quality and assurance to our partners. With combined experience and expertise we understand what our customers needs are with the correct structure and overall management of their business, allowing their program and project managers to be more efficient with reporting, as well as on-time delivery with cost effective pricing.
